Terms of Service (AGB)

1. Scope of Application

These terms govern the provision of our personalized fragrance consultation service, including the shipment of tester sets, through our website.

2. Contracting Party

The contract is concluded with:

3. Conclusion of Contract

By offering the fragrance consultation service on our website, we present an offer to conclude a service agreement. The contract becomes legally binding once you complete the order and confirm payment.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed without VAT, as we are not VAT-registered. Payment is made online via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other payment methods specified on the website.

5. Service Description

After your order is placed, we contact you to clarify your scent preferences and select tester fragrances based on your answers. All testers are provided solely for evaluation purposes and are not sold as retail products.

6. Processing Time

Fragrance selection and shipment of the tester set are carried out within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

7. Right of Cancellation

You may cancel the service within 14 days, provided the tester set has not yet been shipped. After shipment, the service is considered fully delivered and cancellation is no longer possible.

8. Liability

We are not liable for individual scent perception or possible allergic reactions. Liability applies only in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
